After the noise of cranes and concrete mixers, paperwork now takes center stage to ensure everything is officially ready to welcome you. This step guarantees that these dream homes will soon be not only beautiful but also technically and legally ready for handover.

Get ready, because soon we won't be looking at blueprints anymore, but handing over keys! 🥂

Palma Livora Summary: Spectacular Progress!

The construction of the Palma Livora project continues at a steady pace. In the recent period, we have once again reached several spectacular and important milestones, which further enhance the quality and comfort of the homes being built. We are delighted to share a summary of the latest developments with you!

Latest Progress

In addition to the work previously 100% completed (such as the elevator, windows and doors, and the heat pump system), we have made significant progress in the following areas:

• Sun Terrace: The exclusive decking for the sun terrace is completely finished. To make the area more inviting, carefully selected decorative plants have been added, and the refreshing showers have also been installed.
• Apartment Interior Completion: In several apartments, the bathrooms are now 100% complete. In parallel, modern lighting systems have been installed, including special ambient lighting, which makes the spaces feel more like home.
• Common and Key Areas: Comfortable and stylish garden furniture has been placed on the first show terrace, offering a taste of the comfort future residents will enjoy. At the same time, the parking spaces have also been completed.
• Ongoing Work: Tiling and flooring in the apartments are progressing at full speed. In several homes, the high-quality tiling (cold coverings) and flooring (warm coverings), as well as the comfort-maximizing underfloor heating systems, are already complete. This work process is continuing in the remaining apartments.

Palma Livora Status Report: We Are Moving Full Steam Ahead!

We are pleased to report that the construction of the Palma Livora project is progressing as planned, and in some areas, even faster than scheduled. In recent weeks, we have reached many significant and impressive milestones. We would like to share the latest news with you – let's see where we stand now!

What is Already 100% Complete:

We can say with great pride that we have completed several key work processes that already define the final atmosphere and comfort of the building:

• Landscaping: The development of the green areas is finished, and the surroundings of Palma Livora already show a welcoming and friendly face.
• WPC Decking: The modern and durable WPC terrace decks are also in place, laying the foundation for private relaxation areas.
• Elevator: A fundamental component for comfortable and accessible transport: the elevator installation is complete and the system is operational!
• Windows and Shutters: We have installed the high-quality windows and their accompanying shutters in all apartments, ensuring perfect insulation and shading.
• Heat Pump System: The building's modern and energy-efficient heating and cooling system is also fully completed (as of the 30th of the month), ready for the winter season.

Exciting News and Next Steps

Beyond the common areas, work is naturally proceeding at full speed in the apartments as well:

• Our Penthouse apartment is sold! The high level of interest confirms the quality of the project.
• Apartment Readiness: Apartments 1 and 2 are now fully ready for the interior finishing work! The internal processes in these apartments are already in an advanced state.
• Next Phase: The installation of cold and warm flooring (tiling) will begin soon, followed immediately by painting (planned from November 1st). In the bathrooms and toilets, comfort will be guaranteed by underfloor heating, the installation of which is also proceeding according to plan.
• Thinking of the future: The installation of electric car charging stations has begun for the sold apartments, supporting sustainable transport.
